Dozens of Ukrainian towns were hit, primarily in Western Ukraine, which was the primary target of Russian aggression, but it’s quite clear Russia decided to inaugurate its “Zapad 2025” military exercise in #Belarus with an actual kinetic hit on Poland.
For the first time Poland air defence, supported by #Netherlands air force on duty, actually downed the Russian drones. One of the drones hit a residential house in a Polish village near Lublin. Poland called territorial defense forces into readiness and security council meeting is scheduled for this morning.

Tl;dr: not much. Lukashenka is still too dependent on Putin. Belarus is still too involved in Russia's war against Ukraine. Prisoner release is good optics for the US, but there's not much to be gained beyond that.
