      This is a long exposure, night time, colour photo in landscape format of an elevated view of a busy city street. Hong Kong (2014). The camera is on a pedestrian bridge about 5m above the street and is aligned along the centre of the road. The street is divided into three parallel roadways. The road on the left and right is for normal traffic white the centre had two sets of tracks for trams (street cars) only. The location being Hong Kong: the traffic drives on the left, so the road on the left side of the image is filled with long red streaks of red light from the traffic driving away from the camera. While on the right side, the traffic is driving towards the camera, so the streaks are white from the headlights. On the far sides of the photo are pavements filled with people, some stationary, waiting for buses, some blurred in motion. Further to the sides are the brightly lit shopfronts, most with illuminated overhead signs both in English and Chinese characters. In the centre are the two sets of parallel tram tracks. The left set has two streaks of red lights and a grey blur marking a trams recent passage. A little further ahead is that stationary blue, double deck, electric tram.                     This is a black and white photo of a sheer rock face on the side of a Norwegian fjord with the impression of a giant face on it. The face becomes more vivid with the consumption of alcohol. Geirangerfjorden, Norway (2018). Most of the image is filled with an uneven, rocky, vertical, light grey cliff face. Running diagonally from the middle of the right margin downwards to the lower left corner is a descending ridge of rocks covered with mature trees. In the centre is a what has the appearance of a giant human head. It has a large forehead, two deep set eyes, a flat nose and the outline of lips. There is some further growth of trees above the head giving the impression of hair.

                                  This is a black and white street photo in landscape format of an upmarket shop window in NYC (2012). The window is viewed slightly from one side and reflects the cities daily life, such as car or two, a lamp post with a bus timetable attached and the of course the buildings on the opposite side of the road. In the shop window is a double bed, made up and with a female mannequin sitting on the side of the bed and looking out of the window. Our lady mannequin has a small party hat on her head, long curly blond hair, is wearing a silk dressing gown and has her legs crossed. Most noticeable is her wearing a simple, near full face, Venetian mask. The only other visible item in the shop is a further mannequin, half in view on the left margin. This one wearing is a dark cotton gown and also wearing a Venetian mask with the mannequin's left hand reaching up and touching the mask. On the surface of the shop window are the words: 'With a small token of his love, her heart was his forever'. The photo was taken in early February, so the timing would embrace both Carnival and Valentines.

                                              Ich habe heute mal die kleine Kamera-Schublade aufgemacht. Da liegen sie. Die Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II und die Kiev 60. Sie sind bereit, wenn ich wieder bereit bin. Habe die Schublade wieder zu gemacht.

                                              Man sieht eine geöffnete Schublade. Darin befindet sich eine digitale Olympus-Kamera wie auch eine analoge Mittelformat-Kamera vom Typ Kiev 60. Das Foto ist in Schwarzweiß.

The unnamed had a couple of options when 's victims were asked to raise their hands if they were still awaiting to meet with the . With in the foreground, they could totally have used a different length to get everyone into . But they deliberately choose to focus on the victims, leaving blurred out. This is the beauty and genius of , how one technical decision changes everything.
