Ich mag das Bio-Label nicht. In der Theorie ist es gut, aber in der Anwendung eher meh:
1. Bei Fleisch wird dann gesagt "aber ich hab doch Bio-Fleisch, da ging es den Tieren gut"
2. Bei Obst/Gemüse ist es ein Schwurbelverein nach dem nächsten (z.B. demeter)
3. Meines Wissens nach dürfen Bio-Lebensmittel nicht angereichert werden, weswegen z.B. Bio-Hafermilch kein B12 und Co beinhaltet.
